If you have a question about how to use your Mac, I’d like to help. I write articles for this site based on the questions I get from my readers, and I try to answer the questions that have the broadest appeal. For example, I’m more likely to write an article explaining how to use Mail to set up an email account than I am to write one on how you can log into your email account. I do answer some of those questions via email, but I respond more slowly to them. My goal is to provide you with a resource for general Mac troubleshooting and usage advice.
